Keep income, expenses and receipts organised
Photograph receipts and record fuel, vehicle and other business expenses. Add income received outside your job invoices, create your own categories, and filter records by date.
Export income, expense and logbook records, and prepare Profit & Loss reports and GST/BAS summaries to review or share with your accountant.

Cloud backup and restore are available with Pro when signed in, helping you keep a copy of your records and restore them when changing devices.

Can I try it before upgrading?
Yes. Download the app for free and try it with a limited allowance. Optional Pro purchases unlock additional use and features. See the app for current plan details and prices.
Do I have to use voice entry?
No. You can enter and edit job details manually. Voice prompts offer another way to add information.
Does voice recognition need internet?
It can. Availability depends on your phone and its speech recognition service. GPS location and speech recognition are separate features; recognising spoken answers may require an internet connection.
Can I use kilometres or miles?
Yes. Choose the distance units that suit your location.
Is it available for iPhone?
The iPhone version is currently in review. An App Store download link will be added here when it is available.
